Ladies Only Course

Recently I was advised to research the demand for this type course, with the variation of length being the primary difference. It was explained to me that many women would like to know more about firearms and marksmanship. However, they don’t want to go into the same detail as endears good ole boys. This course will teach safety, types of ammunition, evolution of the flintlock, revolver, and pistol. Then the mechanics as to loading and unloading, cleaning and storage will be covered. Once these have been completed, elementary marksmanship will be taught and then to the range.

Upon completion of the course, students will have an understanding of the evolution of the center-fire cartridges, the revolver and the semi-automatic pistol. In addition, they will know from hands on experience and firing on the range, which pistol they shoot best and feel most comfortable shooting. Possessing this knowledge they will then be knowledgeable buyers and should purchase a firearm they will enjoy shooting and develop confidence with.
